There are plenty of walking & hiking trails with a great deal of wildlife to observe such as Bald Eagles, Loons, Moose, Beaver and much more. There is also a wide variety of bird species in the area. Spring and fall is a great time for bird watching as we are in the Mississippi Migration Route, which is the path birds take between their arctic nesting grounds and their southern wintering habitat.

There are other outdoor activities such as swimming, canoeing and fishing. You can jump in the car and go for a scenic nature drive or drive south to Sudbury and visit the famous Science North , play a game of golf or go shopping.

Our Lodge is spacious and offers privacy for your pleasure. This outdoor experience will be beneficial for your health both spiritually and physically.
